As far as I’m concerned, happiness in our lives, in our work and in our families is just too important not to feel strongly about it. I’m determined to enjoy every minute of every day.

I believe that the key to happiness is to find your passions and pursue them, doggedly.
Back when I started Pure Transfer, I did it with passion. I don’t believe in doing anything by halves. I refuse to settle for second best. I understand the world of high purity components, hoses and gaskets, might not sound glamourous to the uninitiated, but that doesn’t stop them being vital to pharmaceutical & biotech manufacturing facilities. I was single minded in my belief that Pure Transfer should provide unsurpassed expertise and support to customers in this important field.
Our job was to be the best.

I’m determined that the hours I must spend away from my loved ones will always count for something positive. Time is precious, so in every moment I spend piloting Pure Transfer, I’m committed to doing the best job I can.
Pure Transfer’s philosophy is all about excellence; something our customers recognise.
As the business has expanded, my passion has grown with it. These days, I’m proud to say that I have a mission. My goal isn’t world peace or teaching everyone to sing in harmony, yet it’s equally noble.
My mission, here at Pure Transfer, is to ‘Rid the world of over-compressed gaskets & to improve the working life of high purity hoses’.
OK, it might not sound like much, but success would mean dramatically reducing the ‘downtime’ caused by failing components – one of the top priorities of every manufacturing facility on the planet!
